Ozzy Osbourne - Back On Earth

Hace poco compré el cd original de Ozzman Cometh (1997) más que nada por poder escuchar en mi stéreo el tema Back On Earth que se ajusta perfectamente a Ozzmosis (1995) disco que también compré hace un par de meses.

Back On Earth al igual que los temas de Ozzmosis parecieran ser temas de laboratorio o con mucha tecnología involucrada, algo que podría no ajustarse al sonido que uno esperaría en canciones de Ozzy Osbourne, pero asi era la época y todo suena 100% heavy noventero.

Este tema que es uno de mi favoritos del príncipe, a simple vista suena como la canción para ser dedicada en un funeral. Algo asi como: cuando se muere la carne, el alma busca su sitio (un momento, ¿no es eso de otra canción?) Al final, me pareciera que habla de caer a lo más bajo y luego recuperarse y salir adelante. En otras palabras, renacer como el ave fenix.
