Me puse a revisar mis discos favoritos y me encontré con Hold The Fire de Firehouse que ya está bastante gastado y que poco lo he tomado en cuenta en este blog cuando debería tener un par de canciones al menos. Me dieron ganas de postear y elegí Life In The Real World, un tema bastante desconocido de la banda, pero que me gusta bastante.
Esa característica de Firehouse en donde el bajo y la batería se convierten en un muro comercial y adictivo no se pierde en ninguna de sus canciones. Y hay que sumarle los buenísimos coros que se mandan con el siempre fresco vocalista, CJ Snare.
Life In The Real World es un tema que nos habla del trabajo y como este nos quita el tiempo para poder disfrutar de la vida y también ser mejores personas en otros ámbitos. Probablemente, también se refiere a esas personas que ejercen algo que no les gusta pero que tienen que hacerlo porque hay que sobrevivir en el mundo de alguna forma. Algo muy triste, pero el mundo real es así .
