La Americana Donna Summer (n. 31 de Diciembre de 1948) es una prolífica cantante que es una eminencia de la música Disco y del R&B por su inigualable voz y carisma. The Woman In Me es uno de los tantos éxitos que posee y apareció en el album Donna Summer de 1982.
Recuerdo la primera vez que escuché este tema en una micro camino al colegio. Iba con mi Personal Stereo escuchando la siempre ochentera, Radio Infinita. Y me quedé prendado inmediatamente de la voz tan envolvente de esta mujer que es pura sensualidad.
