Axl Rose, es un gran especialista en tratar como basura a las mujeres (y pensar que millones de ellas lo adoraban), sobretodo si una de ellas le jugó una mala pasada y le da razones de sobra. Ese es el caso de Back Off Bitch, fortísimo tema que apareció en Use Your Illusion I, y del que se cuenta, fue escrito antes de la edición del Appetite For Destruction.

Esta canción habla de Axl mandando al infierno a quien ilusamente tomó como un gran amor. Y es que no debe haber sido nada fácil para él, el enterarse que la linda chica con la que estaba, lo embaucó y llenó de mentiras sólo para aprovecharse de su fama. En fin, este es un gran ejemplo de un tipo que no da una segunda oportunidad cuando sabe que nada volverá a ser lo mismo.
