Bee Gees - Stayin' Alive

Bee Gees, es probablemente una de las bandas más conocidas del planeta, y su éxito, Stayin' Alive, es quizás, aún más famoso que ellos. ¿Qué me hace traer este suceso nuevamente a mi memoria?

Simple, esta canción es el primer tema que recuerdo haber escuchado alguna vez en mi vida. Sólo sé que la oí en la base aérea de Cerro Moreno (Antofagasta). Justo en el momento en que entrábamos con mi padre a una tienda que se había instalado en ese lugar.

Este ícono de la música disco, que ganó un Grammy por el mejor arreglo vocal para dos o más voces en 1977, fue el primer single del Soundtrack de la película, Fiebre de Sábado por la Noche. Film que inmortalizó a John Travolta (18 de Febrero de 1954), como Tony Manero, el rey de las pistas de baile de Nueva York.
